Terms of Service

Seatedly lets you plan wedding seating: import guest lists, arrange guests on a visual venue map, and export the result. We offer a Free plan (up to 75 guests, 1 event) and a Pro plan (unlimited guests and events), billed monthly via Stripe.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@seatedly.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from within the app; you will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree not to do any of the above.

You retain ownership of the guest and event data you enter into Seatedly. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seatedly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
